Important Details - Peer2Peer members continuing in the program in 2025 should NOT complete this registration form; you are already included in the study as part of your 2025 subscription fee.
- For those who are not Peer2Peer members, complete this registration form (even if you have enrolled in the study in a previous year; enrollment is annual).
- Registrants
must submit data in order to receive the aggregate report, since the success of the study depends on the data submitted. No refunds will be given for non-submission after enrollment.

Timeline:
Early March - Submission portal opens (watch for an email from Vault Consulting with instructions)
End of March - Data submission Deadline
Mid-April - Study results released
