If you are registering to apply to join the Administrator's Network, choose Admin Network. 

If you are a non-member who wishes to purchase a Buyer's Guide listing or other product, select Non-Member.

If your are a PT/PTA or SPT/SPTA who wishes to join APTA Private Practice, you must do so through APTA's website.  If you recently joined or renewed DO NOT create an account.  That will only delay your access to the website.
